Instructions for Authors

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF CONFERENCE PAPERS

Authors with accepted abstracts are encouraged, but not required, to submit full papers. The Conference Proceedings contain the abstracts and papers received and accepted for publication. The Proceedings will be permanently archived on the conference web site.

Papers are limited to 8 pages, and must be submitted as a pdf file. The deadline for submission is March 1, 2012. Papers must strictly follow the format provided by the following templates:

Download Word.doc template
Download LaTeX template

Authors should submit the paper electronically via their abstract submission record according to the following steps:

1. Log onto http://www.regonline.com/CMWR2012abstracts with your email & password to pull up your record.
2. Click “Edit Submission Information.” Go to the bottom of the page, after the instructions that you used previously to upload your abstract(s).
3. You will see buttons to enable you to upload your full paper file(s). There is a place for Paper 1 and a place for Paper 2 to accommodate either one or both abstracts being accepted. After uploading the paper, you will be able to view it. You are also able to return to the web site and upload a revised paper up until the deadline of March 1, 2012.

The paper should be written following carefully the format of this template. The file has to be translated into Portable Document Format (PDF) before submission via the Conference site. The organizers do not commit themselves to include in the Proceedings any paper received later than the above-mentioned deadline. Due to the unexpectedly large number of submissions, the corresponding author must register and pay his/her registration fee before January 31, 2012 for the paper to be included in the final program of the Conference. The speaker and the corresponding author should match.

Instructions and guidelines for oral presentations and posters will be published at a later date.
